The Grecale Folgore: All-Electric Maserati SUV

As the automotive industry is making the gradual shift to all-electric, Maserati is following suit. The luxury automaker aims to exclusively provide all-electric vehicles by 2030. One major stepping stone in this plan is to provide the Folgore lineup, which will include fully-electric versions of every Maserati model by 2025. The first one in the lineup? That would be the 2024 Maserati Grecale Folgore, the first ever Maserati EV. The galvanized SUV is set to hit the roads of Upper Saddle River, Ramsey and across the country sometime during the fall of 2023.

2024 Maserati Grecale Folgore Price & Features

Exact pricing hasn’t been set in stone yet, but the 2024 Maserati Grecale Folgore price is estimated to start around $75,000. Just like the classic Grecale, the Maserati Grecale Folgore will share many similarities. The electric luxury SUV will be able to host up to five passengers for your joy rides around Edison, and will come stocked with Maserati’s latest infotainment features, including the following:

• Hands-Free Controls
• Gauge Cluster with Reconfigurable Screen
• 12.3-inch Infotainment Touchscreen
• 8.8-inch Climate Control and Vehicle Function Screens

2024 Maserati Grecale Specifications

The Grecale Folgore will come standard with all-wheel drive, just like the conventional Grecale. While the Grecale Folgore won’t be able to roar for others to hear, the electrified SUV is said to have some awe-inspiring performance that parallels classic Maserati models, given the following performance specs:

• 550 horsepower
• 605 lb-ft of torque
• Top speed of 137 mph

These performance specs will all be made possible with a 105.0-kWH battery and a 400-volt electrical system. Charging times will be brief, too. With a DC rapid charging, the Folgore will be able to charge from 20% to 80% in just under 30 minutes. The novel Maserati is estimated to have a driving range of 311 miles on a single charge.
