There are four main parks in Whippany, the largest one being Bee Meadow Park. Located off Renolds Avenue, this 89-acre facility has an Olympic size municipal pool. Also, it features three fishing pools, a playground, and a multi-purpose sports field for concerts, lacrosse, and football.

However, the most commonly used facility is Central Park. Located off South Jefferson Road, the 40-acre park boasts of:

Beautiful Scenery

From parks to rivers, there is beautiful scenery all over the area. Whippany River is the main river in the community, and it provides pretty views along its path with good fishing spots.

A few miles North East is the Troy Meadows wetlands, which is a 3000-acre freshwater wetland area. Though located in Parsippany, this national landmark is not far away. It has diverse wildlife and rugged paths for exploring the area.

Tasty Cuisine

No community is ever good enough if it does not have joints with tasty food. Whippany has multiple restaurants, some of them being Brookside and Whippany diners that serve old-school American eats. On the other hand, Nikko Japanese restaurant serves the best sushi and Japanese cuisine around.
